Job Description:

This position reports to the Director of Engineering and is responsible for the design and manufacturing implementation of mechanical and electro-mechanical products, components and systems for military and commercial customers.

• 10 years experience in an electro-mechanical assembly environment
• Knowledge of military requirements for design and manufacturing of electronics, electro-mechanical and mechanical hardware, desired
• Experienced on PRO-E workstation; Wild Fire experience, desired
• Able to generate 3-D models and drawings on short notice for use in DoD proposal submittals
• Able to generate Engineering Change Packages
• Able to generate and modify assembly drawings
• Experienced in developing manufacturing instructions
• Ability to work with various engineering disciplines and manufacturing personnel
• Small diesel engine and generator experience a real plus
• Able to interface with vendors, customers, senior management, co-workers and factory floor personnel
• Co-ordinate multi-project activities

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:
Manage several employees and systems associated with material disposition, auditing and production in a manufacturing facility. Support QA effort to develop, maintain and implement procedures, change controls and validation systems to ISO 9001-2000 standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum BS in Engineering or related field and 5 years plus experience
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Detail Oriented
• Personal commitment and high-quality standards
• Computer literate

Responsibilities:

• Ensure finished products and raw material meet internal and customer specifications
• Ensure that appropriate systems are implemented to ensure a consistent level of quality
• Develop procedures and manage compliance-critical functions surrounding material disposition, auditing and equipment/instrument maintenance. Calibration.
• Support manufacturing activities and measure and track key quality matrics.
• Develop, and impalement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Review and approve qualification/validation protocols, summaries and reports and approve contracts/quality agreements for compliance.
• Perform trend analysis, report results and coordinate corrective actions to prevent reoccurring events
• Oversee and coordinate QA activities of new development projects, including defining regulatory requirements
• Manage, train, and implement total quality management concepts and programs
• Manage, train and implement ISO concepts and programs

The Company is looking for an individual to be responsible for quotations, purchase of all material and supplies. Review supply sources quotations, terms, etc. Negotiate purchase agreements for long term programs. Responsible for vendor deliveries to ensure schedules adhered to. Track naterial budgets for procurements. Keep abreast of economic and industrial trends that affect markets and prices.
