System Components:

• Rodmeter - Sensing element which protrudes from ship's hull.
• Sea Valve or Hull Liner and Hull Plug - Device to prevent water leakage into ship when rod meter is removed or replaced.
• Indicator Transmitter - Converts sensed voltage to speed and distance displays and provides additional output lines for use by other shipboard systems.
